A Time of Transition | Aligning Spiritually with the Seasons | Nostalgia | Gratitude | Reflection

Description

The perception of autumn varies from one spirituality to another, from one person to another. From a Daoist point of view, the leaves falling from trees signifies a shift from an outward energy of summer to an inward energy, preparing for the colder, slower winter months.

In Buddhism, autumn symbolises a time for mindful consumption, aligning with the natural cycle and seasons, emphasising reflection and gratitude as one prepares for the changes ahead.
